What domestic staff you do you have?

Prompted by the thread that predicts a mass exodus of poorer types out of London, was wondering what domestic staff people have.

We have
1. Gardener - 2 hours once a week
2. Cleaner - 5 hours once a week
3. Nanny - full time

Do you count the regular visits from the Mental Health Outreach Worker as one of your "domestic staff"?

Side question... is it normal to pay a Christmas bonus to a cleaner? If so in cash or as a present, and what value to avoid looking tight or like you're throwing money about?

Last year we gave ours a gift thingy from Boots and a bottle of wine.
