there are 4 I've got my eye on, owned by three separate people, all retiring (old boys) pricing is around the same as the turnover. So income is around 450pw per shop, profit is around 25%.....SA says;

sounds about right, but thats times 4 with about half a day per week work needed....SA says;

Try and get a client like a local hotel on board. So you do all their laundry. Then you can make some good money. I have a friend doing this.Comment
