Cannot believe the vitriol directed at the family in question.

Blame the voters who voted in the New Labour for 3 terms.

All they did for the term of their power was to create a mass of uneducated state dependents who would vote for more of the same.

Usain Bolt has an sideways curvature of the spine (scoliosis); it hasn't stopped him running the 100m in 9.58 seconds.

I have too, but I can't run as fast as Mr Bolt.

Yep, but I don't have 10 kids to get me all that extra child benefit. Don't want them either.

If you had 10 kids you probably deserve £100k/year

To anyone who has kids, how much does it cost to look after them per year, and does it scale linearly or do you get a 'discount' for having them in parallel?

Better surely for the country to invest in bringing up 10 young people so they can be of positive benefit to society (both economically and socially) rather than dumping them in the gutter to be 10 potential prisoners and criminals?

If we followed the logic of the sort of idiots who post comments on the Daily Mail Bigot Board (in capitals and in green crayon if they had a chance) then we'd stop providing education for kids with intellectually challenged parents or heathcare for the elderly and disabled.

That said, the supposed £950 a week 'bed and breakfast' scheme sounds implausibly expensive or credible.

Not any of this lot as they will only learn that the state will provide for them and will not work

damn right if these kids are bought up by lazy sponging soap dodgers who do nowt but breed and eat meat filled with cheese they will grow up to exhibit the exact same traits.
