No, and no one suggested it is.

I'm simply pointing out one possible reason for the use of the word "multiply".
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Bollocks, if you come into a thread and someone knows more than you and you start looking like an idiot do not start spouting off to the person that knows more than you that they are a troll.

          Your ego knows no bounds

This was one of the required texts for my university course

And for what it's worth, I didn't look like an idiot, I refused from the outset to engage in one of your "I'm university educated don't you know" arguements.

I have presented the reasons why the claim of dyson is incorrect in my posts, if you cannot understand them then I do not think any reason why I should read a tulipty text from your tulipty course?

What was you 'degree' in by the way?

That's not very impressive Space. Even idiots like myself have a degree in Advanced Calculus!

Anyway. All I'm interested in, is this a good product and is it better or worse than buying a normal fan?

No, but's it's putting more through a single point than an ordinary fan.

It's a marketing ploy that isn't entirely inaccurate. It's a couple of hundred times better than some of the other bulltulip I've seen trotted out to sell crap so I'm comfortable with it. Evidently, YMMV.

Depends how big a normal fan you're talking about.

I'd be more inclined to spend that dosh on a portable aircon unit.

Before you even started with your proofs I stated it was a semantic arguement about the use of the word "multiplying". If you look at the sales literature they don't actually claim to mulitply air.

Me degree was in Physics from one of the UK's top universities (I'll decline to say which one for privacy reasons)

yes, it's not bad. It moves air and seemed fairly quiet compared to some of the others. I would have bought one but for the price. It was about €250 which was €200 too much.
