And, seriously, don't be telling agents that you need to get out of a place as it's not going that well.
Tell them they love you and want you to stay but HR are fannying about with budgets and you had to tell your boss you must look for something else.
One of the things an agency wants to hear is that you will stick it out making them bucks even if they are kicking the crap out of you on a daily basis.Comment
