Well your posts seem to imply it's funny or noteworthy to be gay. Either you're homophobic or a moron. Which is it?Originally posted by suityou01 View PostNice try

Came in today after 2 weeks off and I discover all my developer tools have been automatically deinstalled because I changed budget codes. No chance is that friday deadline going to be met as it takes 5 days to get all the tools back again.
Do I give a tulip? Not really, I send of a few emails to cover my ass then get ready of a week of doing nothing, working on Plan B, browsing the web and long lunches. Fantastic really.
You need to go back to being a junior permie programmer where productivity is expected.Comment

The ass covering emails have all been sent. I am as bulletproof as I can be. I have just got fed up with it. You may enjoy doing nothing, I don't. Hence why I have decided on it being time for a change.Originally posted by minestrone View PostCame in today after 2 weeks off and I discover all my developer tools have been automatically deinstalled because I changed budget codes. I guess it's got everything to do with what motivates you. If it's just money, then be the most successful whore at Kings Cross. I however need to feel that I have achieved something. If the current gig no longer give me this, then it's time for a change, and renewal time is the perfect time to make this decision.
Enjoy the long lunches.

If you want to be productive go back to being permie, contractors rarely get the good jobs and if they do it is often by cock sucking and not through merit.Originally posted by suityou01 View PostThe ass covering emails have all been sent. I used to be technical lead of a company, now I earn 3 times as much sitting here picking my arse. If they want work out of me then they just have to ask, often I am not asked because nobody at clientCo is any good.
If I see a sack of coal in the street I do not have the urge to pick it up and carry it somewhere when I am not asked to. Don't be a martyr.Comment
