                Even Federer was saying that he can't imagine what their bodies are going to feel like for the next month. From what I recall from my 20's what I did the day before was history the next day. 10 hours tennis for a twenty something is feck all surely?

                    When was the last time, even in your 20s, you did anything strenuous that long? Tennis is not easy whatever it might seem like when you knock about for fun, watch how sharply they turn and accelerate, and also remember a server is a very powerful action. Putting your whole strength into it hundreds of times has to be bad for you.
