Have you read ‘The Disappearing Spoon’ by Sam Kean?

If so, is it on a par?

    TIA

catch 22 is terrific! by turns amusing, funny and hilarious but also sad, tragic, shocking and terrifying.

I'm reading Robinson Crusoe (for the first time) and working my way through Alastair Reynold's Inhibitor series... a new find for me which is great (similar to Iain M. Banks).
