How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

So, are you English or able to convincingly bluff that you're not?
I can bluff that I’m Dutch.

Most people that still get the Glasgow Fair will fly to spain and wreck there.

Its quite amusing watching these militant scottish types talking to normal scottish people who for one reason or another have moved to England.
They really do consider them traitors for daring to move south of the border.

As far as I remember those that didn't hit the Scottish resorts. The chav element probably go to Spain nowadays so it might not be so bad.

It constantly amazes me that English people actually chose to visit Scotland.
I can't decide if it is an act of pity or some kind of post-colonial guilt trip

I think the English Tourist Board is missing a trick and should erect a huge hoarding by the side of the A74 & A1 heading North, advising English tourists to visit somewhere their custom will be welcomed

The West Coast of Scotland can be a beautiful place. Even with its current inhabitants, midges and other such detritus.

Seconded, and there's some good hiking to be had in and around the Cairngorms.

What exactly is the Scots' problem with the English?
