MBK for Jeans for himself - we got a few pairs last time, cos he's so tall it was brilliant to have them the right length.
Oh and MBK for handbags

Never been to Platinum Retail Mall... will have to put it on my list to check it out - Thank You!!

If that's stuff you are buying definatly Platinum Fasion mall first (especially for you, not so much for hubby), at first glace their prices look same as MBK but if you buy 3 items in same store you basiclly get 3rd for free, more you buy more price goes down, one place so many shoes were bought price averaged out about 150baht each where same shoes in MBK were about 300-400baht...plus you can barter in Platinum, something i find in MBK they are unwilling to do

GF demanded to go back to Platinum after half a day in MBK buying nothing because remembered seeing cheaper in Platinum

Oh in case i forget..try the food court there, some of the best food (and cheapest) i had in BKK (as long as you like Thai/Asian)
