I actually think the working class will give Gordie a bit of a roasting at the polls, things like Corus have made people think about this facade that Labour is the working mans party in a bit more detail..more like the Scrounger mans party

Interesting point. That and extortionate fuel really affect the 'hard working salt of the earth' types. Hopefully it will be brought up... but no doubt if Dave mentions it he leaves himself open to a big "Remember what Thatcher did" comeback, and the working classes really dislike Maggie.

Thatcher is more disliked by the champagne socialists who had their mantra of "socialism is good" (for everyone else) turned on its head.
