So long as there's a full House, they lock the doors firmly and use a lot of really strong acid it should be worth watching.Originally posted by TimberWolf View PostParliament to be dissolved.
Do you think they will televise it or at least sell it on DVD? -
Oh no
. About 5 pm there will be a procession of shiny-suited hopefuls knocking on my door.
Good job I'm going out tomorrow

I must remember to wire my doorbell to the mains, I wonder if B&Q sell the bits to make a 240v DC converter as AC just isn't good enough to really char a political activist.Originally posted by Zippy View PostOh no

Excellent picture on the Telegraph's website: Sminki (SFW)How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I don't think B&Q do. Actually that's a good pood point as we've got one of those high amp batteries (supposed to be used to drive small household appliances) which we are not getting any use out of atm. Note to self - if a long campaign get the solar panel going to recharge it.Originally posted by TykeMerc View PostI must remember to wire my doorbell to the mains, I wonder if B&Q sell the bits to make a 240v DC converter as AC just isn't good enough to really char a political activist.
Try Maplin though as I'm sure they have the necessary (and inexpensive) bits for your AC to DC needs.+50 Xeno Geek Points

Well there's a big RS Components and (assuming they're still there) Farnell HQ just 16 miles down the road in Leeds if I get stuck, four nice big diodes and a spot of soldering should do the trick, the mains input is right below the front door in the cellar too, so I won't even need much cableOriginally posted by Zippy View PostI don't think B&Q do. Just tell anyone that comes to the door, "Oh yes I will be voting for you". Of course the milkman might be a bit confused.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

The Jehovahs Witnesses tend to call around this time too. Do you think they'll be fielding any candidates? I'd really hate to confuse them.Originally posted by d000hg View PostJust tell anyone that comes to the door, "Oh yes I will be voting for you".
