Eurostar and a Shemale

I was employed to work as a contractor at Eurostar and also and Indian company called Patni Computers, Huntress employment agency got me the post and an umbrella company JSA pays my wages.
This began December 06. Also 18 months (3 monthly renewal of contract) of loyal service yet Eurostar has decided that they no longer want me there, this is from my agent at Huntress for Gross Misconduct. I received a text message from my manager for Patni computers on 13th June 08, stating not to go to work Saturday or Sunday, I should speak to my agent.
The reason all this came about is because I was sending texts to a female/male member of staff (she looks female, yet she has a penis). She reported me on 13th/14th May 08 to her Line Manager who reported it to Patni Manager, I was told by my manager on 16th May 08. The verbal agreement was that as long I do not send anymore texts I can still keep my job. But during that time I was shun by some female and male colleauges of hers, one of them called me a Punk, the next day she apologised, because I reported her. On the 6th June 08. I saw this Shemale speaking to a Community Police Officer earlier in the day, yet at 4pm he states that he her that I have been sending her texts and if I continue the Police will get involved. I informed my Manager about this, but he was more concerned that another member of Eurostar has reported me for having this shemale picture on a PC, this was reported to his Manager at Eurostar.
I personally cannot understand why sending texts to a female/male employee was cause so much aggroviation. My agent informs me that since Patni has accepted termination and I still don't what type of Gross Misconduct I have done and also she send my Manager at Patni an email which sounds pretty bad so I've been told, yet my agent is reluctant to send me a copy, because of legal reasons.
Anyway thats all I know for now, hopefully I will get more information tomorrow.
