Shame about the new theme music. It was excellent in the last series and is carp now.

Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I remember seeing some kids programme donkeys years back where they showed the Tardis noise was made by drawing an old and fairly rusty mortice key up an upturned piano "harp" strings.Comment

However it's been 3 (?) series so a change seems fair enough, and they haven't completely changed it.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

Enjoyed it a lot.
From what I've read, this new Matt Smith incarnation is going to be more proactive as a Doctor.
Summoning the aliens back to earth to give them a threatening warning is just the start.
Notice the use of a gun in the "to come" montage ?
This Doctor is going to kick ass. No more Mr Nice Guy....Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
