It is no good trying to pull the answering a question in a way that could be interpreted a number of different ways so not really answering it at all trick on me. I do that to people all the time.

Hmmmm - NAT isn't there any more, but he certainly was there earlier despite having a status of "Banned".

Maybe I'm wrong - it has happened in the past. I just don't think that I am.

There are quite a few bits of data in vBulletin that are cached and updated every hour (for example the total views for a thread) - I think the list of members is probably one of them, so a banned member wouldn't disappear from there immediately.
