I hate instant coffee - wont drink the stuff, so as long as there is access to a kettle, I take in my own cafetiere and coffee and am a happy piggy. I drink it, strong and black with no sugar, so no need for milk and such.I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

indeed. When I was contracting, those were the two indicators of whether the contract was going to be a duff'n.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Same as my gig, except they don't have a vending machine. The first cup of tea there in the morning tastes like ditch water as the water has been left in the encrusted old kettle all night.
