So, if I can boil your post down to a few facts:
1) you misrepresented yourself as a doctor
2) irrespective of 1), you didn't actually hurt anybody seriously

I have one campaign medal - for service on Op GRANBY in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait during the first Gulf War. I also spent time in Northern Ireland but not long enough to qualify for the GSM(NI).
