I know you can still get them, I just havent had them in years. Mainly cos MrsB can't eat them as you can't get Gluten Free ones.

For me it's the way my Grandma used to make spring cabbage. Something dead simple but I just can't get the taste. Took that one with her along with her chicken and barley soup.

While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Tesco do them on the deli counter, dry ones, no gravy (unlike the old "Brains" ones swimming in a foil tray) but they do have a great peppery/herby taste.

Not a meal so much as a treat.

                      Fairy cakes.

Not not these new fangled ones with butter cream trwirls and a blueberry on top, but ones your Mum made with icing sugar and sprinkles on top.

I had the urge and bought the ingredients at the weekend - I might bake them this afternoon.

(Pink icing sugar and silver balls for topping on half of them, Mr C wasn't impressed when I described them but once he sees the reality... )
