Own up - who is it?
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Seriously......
How the feck can you deny those charges? You either were or you wern't. Seems a bit clear cut to meHe is also accused of wearing a skirt and having bare legs at 9.05am on January 27 this year, and again at 9.07am the following day - again breaching his Asbo.
During a short hearing today Trigger denied all three charges.

Barrack room lawyer talk:
You have 'actus reus', the guilty act, and 'mens rea', the guilty thought.
So if he has been photographed then you could say here is the actus reus, yet he could have been stripped of all his clothes and left with a pile of an alternate, what could he do, agian, what if he is mentally ill, then you fail on mens rea.
He could argue on what constitutes the inappropriate clothing.Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.

Does that mean he's allowed to wear a skirt from 10am to 2.45pm?Peter Trigger is banned from wearing a skirt or showing bare legs on a school day between 8.30am and 10am, and 2.45pm and 4pm.
Methinks there's more to this case than meets the eye.Behold the warranty -- the bold print giveth and the fine print taketh away.Comment
