Pretty disappointed that it's iPhoneOS, rather than OS X. Too damn locked down for my liking
Where is the filesystem? Multi-tasking? Unix utilities. I think video editing would have been cool on it too.
I will have a wander to the Apple store when it's released for a play. Won't get one though. Sit next to Head of Innovation at $ClientCo, might talk him into buying one via $ClientCo so we can have a go, not to hard though, given that he is an Apple Fanboy.Politicians are wonderfull people, as long as they stay away from things they don't understand, like working for a living!Comment

My solution was to get a lightweight laptop and take out the battery so it runs off mains juice only. Does what I need it to, my sofa doesn't move around lots.Feist - 1234. One camera, one take, no editing. Superb. How they did it

I only buy gadgets if they actually have a use and I can justify the purchase. Apple will likely sell loads to the gullible and easily impressed just so they can show it off down the pub or get mugged for it.Comment

I could care less wether he was at the Apple launch or not, as long as those facts are correct.
