Having been drinking green teas for the last 6-7 years now, Jasmine is my favourite. I guess like any other tea it's an acquired taste and helps with digestion after a heavy meal.

I cut fat out of my diet in my early 20s (and salt and additives). One exception is butter; margarine is so heavily processed it may as well be industrial waste.My all-time favourite Dilbert cartoon, this is: BTW, a Dumpster is a brand of skip, I think.Comment

I had this weeks bath at about 10:30 this morning. I've changed all my clothes too.How did this happen? Who's to blame?
