Tea, skimmed milk (or whatever you have in, I'm not that bothered), no sugar. Please.

And one of those toasted teacakes with butter, if that's all right.

Having been drinking green teas for the last 6-7 years now, Jasmine is my favourite. I guess like any other tea it's an acquired taste and helps with digestion after a heavy meal.

Time to put another log on the fire.

I cut fat out of my diet in my early 20s (and salt and additives). One exception is butter; margarine is so heavily processed it may as well be industrial waste.

                  HAB,

You're not stood scratching your itchy balls while waiting for the kettle to boil, are you?

If so, I'd hate to put you out. I'll sort out a drink for myself, ta.

And TykeMerc can have my teacake.

                  Thanks, bye! Thanks!

I had this weeks bath at about 10:30 this morning. I've changed all my clothes too.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

                      Ah, it's back.

HAB, when you were boiling the kettle you didn't happen to unplug the CUK database server did you?
