Chico you stupid B*astard: Have a read of this statement from the terrorist group and explain to us all how the war in Iraq is good for us all:
...Nation of Islam and Arab nation: Rejoice for it is time to take revenge against the British Zionist Crusader government in retaliation for the massacres Britain is committing in Iraq and Afghanistan. The heroic mujahideen have carried out a blessed raid in London. Britain is now burning with fear, terror and panic in its northern, southern, eastern, and western quarters.
We have repeatedly warned the British Government and people. We have fulfilled our promise and carried out our blessed military raid in Britain after our mujahideen exerted strenuous efforts over a long period of time to ensure the success of the raid....Comment

Originally posted by ChicoYou idiots you never cave in to terrorists. The people who are to blame are the French/ Russian jokers who should have united behind Resolution 1441 pre invasion of Iraq and that would have sent a strong message to terrorists that you mess with one of us you mess with all of us instead because of their stance the US/UK were isolated. Saddam may not have been Al qaeda but he was a terrorist.
I think the phrase 'giving them exactly what they want' describes our involvement in Iraq.
Maybe you think we should have carpet bombed Ireland in an effort to avoid 'caving in to terrorists'? Except that is not an appropriate analogy. What we have done is the equivalent of carpet bombing Portugal because terrorists originating in a country suspiciously nearby were attacking Britain.
Not that Al Qaeda were even bombing Britain before this anyway.
The truth is that the US bullied us into doing their dirty work and we made the biggest mistake imaginable by capitulating to them like sheep.Comment

Terrorists are extremely pleased at UK taking part in the way -- its much easier to hit UK than to hit USA now.Comment

I suppose if I had been tortured in Abu Griahb and had sh!t wiped all over me by occupying force, and my Koran p1ssed on I would be celebrating now.
I blame our leaders foreign policies as much as I blame the perpertrators of this act. There are no evil thoughts except one: the refusal to thinkComment

It's nothing to do with peaceniks. Afgahnistan was clear, Iraq was a folly that invited a new wave of terror, which it has, both in Iraq, Bali, Madrid and now the UK. You are a religous fool who can only see the world in black and white. What exactly did they do about OBL?Comment
