I think you should read more on their past and current demands and activities related to these demands. Specifically Al Quaeda does what it does because of Israeli occupation of Palestine, first directed at the USA, but now that UK joined USA in this stupid war in Iraq, the UK became a target.Originally posted by The Lone GunmanThere are none so blind......Comment

This is not a short term religion, what is happening today makes no difference to the bigger picture and all of it is contained in Islamic scriptures.
What has happened recently in Palastine and Iraq has not created these people it has just emboldened them. Pulling out would give them a clear message that they have won and will encourage them to rise up in other ways. The terrorism will not stop, learn to live with it or convert the world to Islam.I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Bullsh1t. Terrorism, particularly that involving suicide bombers, is a desperate response to overwhelming military superiority of one side: the west. They are blowing trains now because they the military are well protected so the attackers have no chance at them, so instead of lining up to get blown to pieces by the gunships they choose to blow civilian targets instead.Originally posted by The Lone GunmanThe terrorism will not stop, learn to live with it or convert the world to Islam.
The solution to problem is not to push opponent in desperate situation where they choose to blow themselves up far far away from their own home.Comment

I dont buy that.Originally posted by AtWBullsh1t. Terrorism, particularly that involving suicide bombers, is a desperate response to overwhelming military superiority of one side:
Why are they not detonating at Jewish targets all over the world? for Palastine.
The Yanks and us have not backed the Muslims into a corner.
The intention is to give Afghanistan and Iraq back to the Muslims once it is safe to do so.
Taking Iraq is something they could not have done themselves whilst Saddam was in power.
This is posturing against the West using excuses. Once the excuses are removed there will be another reason to carry on.I am not qualified to give the above advice!

And the War in Iraq has solved nothing. Created problems yes. A pragmatic approach needed to be taken, rather than some zionist agenda unconnected to AL Queda.Comment
