I'll bet they were glad to have a firearm at home to defend themselves

Whereas you're just rude and disrespect everybody.

You've been comprehensively exposed as a troll (and not a very clever one) on other threads this evening. Why don't you give it a rest?

This is what Labour gave us, foreigners lecturing British people on how British they are.

Dip me in dog tulip, let me out of the country if this is what we are reduced to.

With all due respect (and that's not a lot when it comes to you), you ain't exactly the kind who'd have balls required to build the British Empire.

You just (presumably) happened to be born here, and I'd say your cowardly attitude (alongside with Peoplesoft Nu Liebor loving bloke) is a disgrace to people who had what it took to build the British Empire.

So, to conclude this discussion (before I go do something worthy of my time tonight - you are a disgrace to your great ancestors - be gone at once and make some space for other more deserving folk!

I'm British, and I think you're a worthless twonk and a disgrace to the nation.

          HTH.

You have continued to follow me round all day and post, really, pretty cheap, insults at me, hardly ever trying to engage me in discussion or debate.

I think I always try to discuss the topic at hand, sometimes vehemently, I do admit, but I never get to the level of calling someone a "worthless twonk and a disgrace to the nation"

I will always discuss the topic and never the poster.

call yourself a man of words indeed.

No, but you do worse - you tell 'em to get the heck out of your country, right? Even if I did I'd continue post on here as means of destressing

Where have I been specifically insulting to a poster?

My views may have been at odds with posters but I have never explicitly went out my way to place a post that attacks a poster personally.

Not that I care really, I am big and ugly enough to take abuse but do not think that you have the moral high ground on this.

Gun ownership is not a question of morality - it is a question of freedom and simple human right of self defence.

If you are afraid that more people with guns will affect you personally then you should be afraid already - plenty of criminals have illegal guns and they ain't afraid to use them, lots of knifes around also. Enjoy living in state of fear - that's your choice.

My choice would be to accept slightly increased risk of being gunned down by legal firearm owner, in exchange of reducing risk of real criminals who already have illegal guns doing anything to me. I'd prefer to choose to avoid having to content with either ignorance (there is no danger) or fear (danger is there but I don't know if or when it hits me).

My choice is a choice of a free man - your choice is a choice of a coward. Continue being afraid - criminals don't give a tulip about guns being illegal, increased gun crime only confirms it - after all they know that law abiding victims won't be armed, and even if they resist then the attacker can claim human rights violations

                      Which city is that?

Either way it sounds like you could do with a legal firearm, even though I don't think you'd qualify (under rules that I'd put forward) for one...
