Loads of cars are now getting stuck going up the hill - in fact as I was typing this I had to rush out with my camera as a police car went by, being pushed up the hill by drunk people from here and the pub over the road

Blizzard conditions in Berkshire since about 9pm.
The local council have been caught on the hop again.
Residents are stockpiling food and anxiously await daylight to see what the new dawn brings.

Took me over half an hour to walk back from the pub - normal walking time is twenty minutes
I did stop briefly on the way to take some photos of a petrol tanker that had found itself unable to continue its peregrinations as it attempted to turn at what passes for a major junction hereabouts; and then of some rather pretty snow buildup on a hedge
Pics will be on flickr once I'm home and no longer reliant on a hotel wi-fi connection
