Personal CRM

Do the panel have any thoughts on a good Personal CRM system.

Im in contact with a great many people, beit for the shop and customers, or agents or companies for work(which by the way is a little slow)

I need to keep a track of who, when and how Ive spoken to people etc

Im used to big style CRM/Contact management systems but what about if I want a simple one, just for me, perhaps integrated with my phone?

Any ideas? I've seen Microsoft DYnamics is this worth it, or is there a simpler product?

Not sure this is ideal for what you want but I use TiddlyWiki to note "useful" stuff. I've use it at home and work.

you still have the tat shop, I guess it has moved up to be a pound shop based upon the economy these days

I may get flamed for this, but you can use outlook - it has that journal thingy too to keep track of time spent editing word and excel and it can record when you dealt with people in your contacts
