I may get flamed for this, but you can use outlook - it has that journal thingy too to keep track of time spent editing word and excel and it can record when you dealt with people in your contactsLast edited by Peoplesoft bloke; 16 December 2009, 09:19.

Not sure this is ideal for what you want but I use TiddlyWiki to note "useful" stuff. I've use it at home and work.

Personal CRM
Do the panel have any thoughts on a good Personal CRM system.
Im in contact with a great many people, beit for the shop and customers, or agents or companies for work(which by the way is a little slow)
I need to keep a track of who, when and how Ive spoken to people etc
Im used to big style CRM/Contact management systems but what about if I want a simple one, just for me, perhaps integrated with my phone?
Any ideas? I've seen Microsoft DYnamics is this worth it, or is there a simpler product?
