Finally managed 100kg for the clean and jerk.
Achieved the requirements for 'master kettlebell instructor' (74 snatches, 37 right, 37 left) with 24 kg kettlebell
On the concept 2, did my first sub 7min 2000 metres (6'57").
Weight still the same (100kg), need new trousers as beergut has completely disappeared.And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014Comment
