      Thatcher built the boom Labour inherited and like a spoilt brat they squandered it.

      Thatcher didn't want to close profitable pits but the unions forced her, reserve you bile for Scargill who did very nicely out of his members misery.

      The milk was foul.

      Steel & shipbuilding couldn't compete with third world competition.
      Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.
