Best one ever was the Preston show, where one of the hosts went to bed (drunk) after serving the starters and leaving her guests to finish off the cooking themselves.

I like the German one: Perfekte Dinner which also has a rather sarky voiceover presenter. Its quite interesting to see the differences in how people act in the different regions.
