Heading to New Forest this weekend and doing the half marathon there on Sunday. Will have my support crew waiting at the finish with a beer; it will be my first one for a month. And to think 12 months ago I was getting amongst it in the beer halls of Munich. Very quiet month for me indeed.

Saturday - local ploughing competition - my boys love tractors!

      Sunday - Grandma's 100th birthday party!
Pity the old girl won't notice (she still thinks it 1930!).

Skittles night tonight in local pub with neighbours, Saturday have some stuff to do at the BTL, visit me old mum, then picking up new (secondhand INKSPE) car and driving back to Winchester. Sunday doing stuff on the car and watching the GP.

I'm having a tough weekend on the watching sport front
Sat : Euro 3-day event championships (cross-county) and F1 qualifying
              Sun: F1 GP

Filling in between with various tedious things like tidying up and going out for a beer.

Tonight: Quiet night in with Mrs PL
Sat: Going out!!! Probably for dinner but I don't know or care where since I've been cooped up in chez PL all week with food poisoning (eating food cooked on an egyptian dive boat for a week has consequences).
Sun: catch up with mates and pub quiznight.
