Wrap your link in code tags, otherwise they'll get wise because of the huge number of referrals from this forum.Originally posted by Bumfluff View PostThought this might be a good locationCode:http://www.davidicke.com/forum

I guess it's a fairly common troll gambit; but if someone wants to try, I'd suggest presenting yourself as a died-in-the-wool muslim, leftie, or whatever, who has started being tormented by doubt about some trifling issue, and over time draw in more and more of these contrary considerations.Work in the public sector? OK, let's say you own a forum. All of a sudden one or two of your members start to troll, then another, then another. Then you realise that all the trolls came from the link on CUK. Then you ban everyone who joined up from that link. Simples!Originally posted by tim123 View Postwhy would they care where referrals come from?

If everyone has to copy and paste the link there's no referral
