My info is several years out of date but I believe Midsummer House is still top of the pile, or the Pink Geranium if you fancy a bit of an excursion. Book early!Comment

The Three Horseshoes in Harston (just west of Cambridge).
Excellent sea-food (at least, it always used to be). Otherwise The Riverside would get my second.Comment

Was there on contract about ten years ago. Sure there were good places. Forgotten. It has merged in my memory with Cheltenham and other places beginning with C.
