What about higher degrees?Originally posted by Alf W View PostOptions should really be.
Proper degree from proper Uni
Noddy degree (Media Studies, Quantity Surveying etc) from proper Uni
Degree-lite from former Poly / Tech College
HND (Have No Degree)The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment

Sorted that for you....Originally posted by zeitghost
We won't go into the qualification grade inflation here though... I'm sure my O levels were tougher than some of the stuff they get served up as degree level these days...Comment

I voted No!Originally posted by minestrone View PostNobody has voted no.
Churchill, can you press the button please.
I have a couple of C&G's if that's any help
But then again, I'm reasonably well off, own several properties and have a reasonably good income. I can easily afford to retire now if I wanted to (and could stand the boredom)
People with degrees come to me for advice, and pay me ridiculous (obscene) amounts of money to tell them how to do their job, so I don't see the point in going out and getting one really
