      It's work, therefore I assume it's going to be dull.
      I am getting paid, so I will put up with virtually anything your standard office can chuck at me.
      I am temporary, which is very comforting if it turns out worse than normal.
      If you are lucky, you end up with some people who are ok and can have half a laugh with and eye candy always helps (current location, 3 straight blokes, 17 women, most under 30)...

            Join Linkedin.
            Search the company name
            See if any of your ex collegues or contacts have worked for the company then phone or email him/her.
            If not send a private message to one of the ex employees of the company
            to ask their opinion.
            You can also judge the company by how long contractors have stayed with
            the project
