I think the Telegraph is bending the truth.
They get £25 a night for staying away from their main home.
The Telegraph's magic "£9125 a year" has been calculated as £25 * 365. But if they stayed away from their main home for 365 nights in a year it wouldn't be their main home would it?
still, a couple of them will no doubt manage it somehow.Comment

All consultancies allow their consultants expenses of 25 per day as per-diem when away from home.Comment

That's only if they played by their own riules. In the past we had MP's who claimed for properties they rented out and never used. They could designate their 1st home to be the one in their constituency and live in London all year in their 2nd one. 365*25 is easy!Originally posted by thunderlizard View PostI think the Telegraph is bending the truth.

I preferred version 1!Comment
