That I don't do. I can switch on the charm, light, positivity and happiness - it is a technique I learned many years ago and is one of the reasons I've been running teams for over 20 years.

The agents get an up-beat, excited, keen and interested Richard Cranium contacting them. I'm full of what I have to offer and my value-added goodness. That's actually my normal state.

But sometimes I get fed up with the agents and the state of the market and...

... and take it out on people on here.

Going by my PMs I've pissed off more people than I've pleased this past few days so I think I'll clear off for a bit.

My apologies to those who have been supportive who I have pissed off.
