...saw lawrence of arabia again last night. Forgotten what a good film that was.Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God? - EpicurusComment

Not seen Lucky Number Slevin (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0425210/) mentioned yet which I found to be most enjoyable. Well worth a look IMHOComment

Downloaded Angels and Daemons some time ago. Just cannot get into it. I admit I only try when I've had too much to drink, but I think it is tulip of the highest wiffiness. How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

La Cabina
About thirty minutes long, in Spanish, no subtitles. However you don't need subtitles. Seriously, I know no Spanish, and it isn't necessary to know the language to fully appreciate the film.
It was shown late at night on BBC 2 a couple of times in the Eighties. Everybody I've ever found who saw it thought it was brilliant.
I won't link to IMDB or Wikipedia because I'd hate to ruin it for you. It's an excellent film which has never been released on VHS or DVD, and the torrent I link to above is the best quality copy I've found so far. The fact that I still, nearly thirty years after I first saw it, occasionally check to see if there's a better copy available (and would pay hard cash for an official DVD release) probably says something about the film.
That torrent was working for me about four months ago, which is something like four years after I first managed to find a rip from a low-quality VHS recording. It's FTW... but don't blame me if you have trouble sleeping after watching itComment
