Opinions dont count in a court of law unless you have evidence to back it up along with a motive. To be honest, CC being a minted celebrity has a waiting list of birds that are wiling to shag him, the one who cried rape was probably put up to it by either money or a news story.
Given that the facts were so thin on the ground that the case never made it to court sais it all IMO.
The dim bint who brougth this all on should think herself lucky that CC does not seek damages to his career, loss of earnings etc. Presumably she is skint so no point??
