I would of thought that Jordan or the other kid standing up in court and saying 'he did it to me' would be enough even without a motive or physical evidence. Neither could do this their stories were not credible.

Im for putting fiddlers behind bars as much as anyone, but the case against MJ was not there so noting happened that a court could believe. All it would have taken was a few spoken words from the accusers & they could not bring themselves to do this.

You have to testify, innocent people don't pay off the main witness unless they have a strong card to play
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Possibly, they were released on a technicality

The police involved were charged and the 6 were awarded over a million, I do no think that was a technicality.

A 1997 judgment against Simpson for their wrongful deaths was awarded in civil court by a jury, but to date he has paid little of the $33.5 million judgment
