        It is your raw nerve that is being exposed here.
        If training is in the job spec then I will do it. Same applies to testing. It all comes with a price.
        You and your company clearly do not want to pay for the expertise you want delivered. Maybe that is why you are not getting what you expect.
        You seem to want to pay for flat pack but expect hand crafted furniture.
        I am not qualified to give the above advice!

                If the unit tests pass, and the product is not working, what does that tell you about the quality of the unit tests?

                  I work for a IB and we are paying top dollar for specialists. I'm appalled at the lack of balls in all of them.
                  What I want it for people to have some balls and back up their work with professional like behaviour.
