Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

I'm p'd off with the lack of responsibility that developers have for their code. I write code too. But i'm obsessed about it and make sure it works properly before i release it.
Don't people CARE about what they put out there? Some of the contractors i work with don't seem to give a F about their stuff. They effectively work to rule. They dont test anything including their own stuff, because they are not paid to test.
(Yes i was contracting for years. I am earning as much now as a perm due to huge IB bonuses. I will go back to contract when the market picks up - no dosh envy)Comment
