What has happened?

You got into Summit (or other similar financial package) where any Tom, Dick or Sally can make a £1000 a day coding C+.

For what it's worth, I'm a tech lead and my code still gets reviewed by my team.

If the unit tests pass, and the product is not working, what does that tell you about the quality of the unit tests?

zakly. they tell you nothing about quality. what tells you something is having the developers in on a friday night. thats committment.
