Lodge meeting tonight then staying at the apartment in Manc.
Tomorrow Girly
and her sister are coming to stay at the house(Girly's sister wants to give it the once over - I think it's a nesting thing...). We might be having a "pretend" BBQ, depending on the weather.
Sunday I'm going to be waiting in a pub
near the finish line as Girly
and Girly's friends and sister run the Manchester 10k. Then off for a lunch somewhere in the thriving metropolis that is "Manchestoh Citeh Centoh" on a Sunday afternoon.

Picking up my laptop from repair in Zürich. ( Though the online status says "awaiting customer approval" which is a bit worrying - could be their bad English of course. Then take non-functioning dlan plug back for replacement. Then plan B until Monday am.

Tomorrow I am going to renew my parking permit (and go for a walk) at Trosly Country park on the North Downs : 20 minutes drive from our house.
Then we are taking baby bpo to the nursery he starts it in September for an open day : no doubt he will hate it!
Sunday we are visiting Friends : somebody who I first worked withy 17 years ago. He lives in Romford now.Comment
