Scenario: were testing basic functionality of an integration, a case/message is sent out from our end exactly as expected, works like a dream, gets to the integration platform/middleware and ends up at the clients system a completely unidentifiable message
PM: ok, so we seem to be getting a lot of errors with [integration platform], maybe we should write down these errors so we can fix them a later date?
