to make matters worse, the integration software, i believe, most likely came free with a packet of cereal

Scenario: were testing basic functionality of an integration, a case/message is sent out from our end exactly as expected, works like a dream, gets to the integration platform/middleware and ends up at the clients system a completely unidentifiable message
