If businesses screw themselves up trying to do dodgy out-sourcing, leave them to it. Eventually companies will either see it as not being especially worthwhile, or will figure out how to outsource effectively (which is possible).

Actually, you could argue that had the USA not moved their fleet HQ from San Diego to Pearl Harbour, the USA/Japan bit of WW2 would never have happened. The Pearl Harbour attack wouldn't have happened in San Diego because the surprise element wouldn't have been there, and wherever else in the Pacific Rim the Japanese attacked they knew the the US Pacific Fleet would be too much of a threat...so if they couldn't knock out the US Pacific Fleet a la Pearl Harbour, would they have started a fight?Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?
