I guess it depends on your state of mind... lots of people they just don't work for and other people think they have "saved" them.

Exercise and anti-Ds have worked for me, although TBH, being on a 300mg / day maintenance dose (i.e., the dose I'm taking effectively forever) isn't that great.

Baptised is fine... if I had a baby, I'd want it baptised ASAP, but thats just me Confirmation on the otherhand should happen when you have some understanding of it all.

Me... hmmmm they didn't work for me at all!

However, for flying or major panic attacks (which I've not had one for ages ) - I rely on mothers little helpers... God bless Valium

Good plan. Unfortunately, the way my meds work is that they slowly **** up my liver so my alcohol tolerance that was always low is now non-existent - so I steer clear. Good news for my friends - I'm always duty driver if we go out.
