      I take 300mg a day of venlafaxine. They don't help me get to sleep but they do help me stay there. I now only scare the dog by waking up screaming once a month or so .

                    Did you do yours when you were 13? At my daughters school they get confirmed at 8 before their 1st Holy Communion, which seemed a bit odd to me.
                    Our neighbour was baptized and confirmed at the age of 1 month......

                      I guess it depends on your state of mind... lots of people they just don't work for and other people think they have "saved" them.
